1. Emergency Response Supervisor

   As a supervisor, I ensure seamless emergency response operations through the development and governance of 30+ Peoples and North Shore Gas employees per shift. On an administrative level, I manage program budgets and resources, and complete ongoing assessments in order to identify underperformance and design comprehensive training programs. I also lead organizational responses to city emergencies and facilitate open communications with government officials regarding public safety issues. To inform the development of compliant, strategic company policies, I conduct research into emerging legislation and public safety initiatives.Experience highlights include. Earned recognition as a subject matter expert and named a trusted advisor by senior staff for outstanding ability to mobilize rapid responses to emergencies. Handpicked to join a leadership advisory team centered on the development of new programs, processes, and policies to improve the safety of field employees. Optimized interdepartmental communications by introducing new policies; worked closely with staff to promote open communications between multiple levels of management. Reduced emergency response times by redesigning existing processes and training response teams in best practices; drove several major projects from concept to completion. Appointed to serve as the company representative to the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC) during citywide emergencies.
