Organising the platform product teams within ICE’s Technology teams from a product management perspective and ensuring they are always closely aligned with the needs of the rest of the organisation.Delivering the mission of the Developer Platform team by supporting 15 other engineering teams to build and maintain a best-in-class developer platform with cross-cutting services around CI/CD, monitoring, tracing, logging, and authorisation/authentication.Work in close collaboration with the platform engineering teams and security team, to deliver ICE’s vision for its platforms and infrastructure. This includes:• Maintaining the team backlog, prioritizing, and defining requirements while keeping a strong focus on security, reliability, and scalability of the company services.• Using data to make informed decisions about what the teams should work on next and analyse the results.• Collecting and giving feedback from and to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
