With over 20 years of experience in the global music industry, I am an executive leader specialising in organisational strategy, digital transformation and large-scale service platforms across the music rights and copyright ecosystem.As Chief Operating Officer at ICE, I work across the organisation to align strategy, technology, data and service delivery across one of the world’s most advanced music copyright processing and licensing platforms. My focus is on enabling operational excellence while ensuring accurate, transparent and scalable royalty distribution for creators, publishers and rights holders in an increasingly complex digital market.Throughout my career I have led large-scale transformation across technology, data and service operations, delivering measurable value and efficiencies for customers, partners and the wider music ecosystem. My work sits at the intersection of music, technology and rights management, helping organisations adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape while protecting and maximising long-term creator income.I operate as an executive generalist with deep expertise in the processes and policies underpinning royalty distribution, particularly across Public Performance, Live Music, Broadcast and Online services. I am particularly passionate about modernising distribution frameworks and operational models to ensure creators are fairly paid and that rights organisations remain transparent, resilient and future-ready.Alongside my executive leadership roles, I also act as a trusted advisor to boards, industry partners and emerging companies, providing strategic and operational insight across music rights, digital platforms and organisational transformation.I am known for combining strong commercial and operational leadership with a high level of integrity, emotional intelligence and governance awareness.
