Monitor and review the status and progress of workloads, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the workload is fair, balanced, and equitable, and take appropriate administrative action based on problem-solving competencies (e.g, problem identification and critical thinking), which secure, inspire, and influence trust and provide intrinsic value. The quantitative analysis used provided cost-benefit analysis and added an unprecedented return on investment (ROI) as a value-added contribution to providing life-saving measures for officers.
