ABOUT NATHALIE DUMOULIN

As a quality and compliance professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, I have over 14 years of experience in managing and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS), training, and documentation within international organizations. My expertise spans from developing and implementing quality strategies (cGMP, ISO 9001, R&D) to coordinating audits, creating training programs, and managing quality risks.Throughout my career, I have progressed through key roles at GSK and Univercells, where I led complex projects to strengthen quality processes and ensure compliance with the highest standards. As a Quality Manager and more recently Quality System Manager, I have overseen multidisciplinary teams, ensured the implementation and maintenance of quality strategies, and led internal and external audits, including health authority inspections.My passion for continuous improvement is reflected in my commitment to implementing innovative solutions in both quality processes and team training. I am also deeply involved in optimizing quality management tools (eQMS, CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, etc.) and trend analysis to proactively address quality risks.What\'s next? Continue my career journey by empowering my expertise to develop and improve processes and systems in the pharmaceutical, biotech or other exciting environments such as the food or cosmetic sectors. I\'m also interested in the following areas: pre-clinical, clinical, GMP, regulatory affairs, technical documentation, quality management.Fast learner, I can quickly assimilate new knowledge and highlight the most relevant points for the different projects. Curious, constantly seeking to evolve and learn new things, I\'m passionate and committed to the projects assigned to me. A cool head and a good dose of positivism enable me to react quickly and calmly to changes.
