I’ve always believed that effective communication can spark real change. My journey through various roles in program and project management has shown me how connecting strategy with people’s hearts can lead to meaningful transformations. Currently at Mercer, I collaborate closely with our CEO and COO to craft messages that not only inform but also inspire. Whether it’s leading Town Halls or creating engaging vlogs for senior leaders, my focus is on ensuring our communication resonates deeply with everyone involved. During my time at Mercer as the U.S. Communications Lead, I’ve shaped strategic messaging that bridges business priorities with employee engagement. One of my proudest moments was when I led a series of executive vlogs that increased viewer engagement by 40%. It’s rewarding to see how thoughtful communication can foster a sense of belonging within an organization. Before Mercer, I served as Associate Director at The College Board where I spearheaded initiatives aimed at driving equity in education. I successfully integrated new AP instructional materials across multiple schools—impacting over students—and worked tirelessly to ensure every voice was heard in the process. This experience solidified my belief in the power of collaboration and stakeholder engagement. My earlier roles have also been instrumental in shaping my approach to project management. As Assistant Director at The College Board, I led comprehensive planning efforts that optimized performance while mitigating potential risks—an achievement that resulted in a 25% increase in project efficiency across the board. Outside of work, I’m passionate about community initiatives focused on education and empowerment. Volunteering with local organizations allows me to give back while staying connected to the values that drive my professional life.    As the U.S. Communications Lead at Mercer, I’ve had the opportunity to shape strategic messaging in close partnership with our CEO and COO—ensuring communications not only inform but inspire. From crafting executive vlogs to leading Town Halls, I’ve worked to bridge business priorities with employee understanding in a way that feels clear, consistent, and human. One of the most rewarding initiatives was designing a new onboarding program that welcomed over 100 new hires, helping them feel connected to our culture and mission from day one. I also helped lead the charge on our DEI communications, contributing to an outstanding 90% employee engagement rate—proof that inclusive messaging drives meaningful connection. Beyond internal initiatives, I developed a social media strategy that reached over 1,300 employees and achieved a 90%+ view rate. By introducing new content guidelines for email communications, we doubled open rates— reinforcing the power of thoughtful, well-crafted messaging to shape workplace.
