Development and management of Commercialization for PS Portfolio and all strategic transformation initiatives, which include cross-functional strategic projects and process improvements to increase efficiencies by accelerating processes with technology and, eventually, elements of AI such as RPA, NLP, and ML. Our team’s projects range from simple process improvement analysis to cross-channel journey analysis to large scale system deployment and analytics.
