ABOUT NATALIE PHELAN

Account management business professional in the healthcare technology space, and a working mom of 2 little ones. I love helping clients identify challenges and opportunities, problem-solve, and meet their goals through modern healthcare technology. To accomplish this, I focus on understanding the client’s needs, bring new ideas and solutions to the table, and prioritize my relationship with the client. I have an experienced history in working in the food and beverages industry with positions in sales, people leadership, project management, and financial forecasting and planning. I most recently am enjoying an account management position in helping pharmaceutical manufacturers meet their goals through modern healthcare technology and solutions. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself-I focus on making high-quality decisions-I lead through motivational leadership-I put the customer at the center-I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints-I make sure to use my customer’s time well. Time is valuable for people-Truly knowing and understanding the people you do business with and work with on a daily business is the most important to grow and establish lasting and effective relationships.
