Responsible for preparing accountability documents such as the Annual Report, an external performance report for Parliament and the public required by legislation, that contributes toward building trust and confidence in the public sector- Coordinates quarterly reports for the Minister of Conservation and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (on the Provincial Growth Fund) which provide updates on how performance reporting is tracking throughout the year- Liaises with the Department of Conservation (Governance Unit), Office of the Auditor-General, KPMG and Predator Free New Zealand Trust- Prepares reports for Board meetings and Finance, Assurance and Risk Committee meetings (including the Health and Safety report, Strategic Risk report, part of the Chief Executive\'s report and reports on accountability documents)- Ensures the Senior Leadership team completes legislative compliance checks every six months- Inputs into machinery of government functions- Responds to OIA requests and assists with Select Committee questions- Contributed to the website refresh by creating OIA and proactive release webpages while also revising content - Drafts internal policies (such as Predator Free 2050 Limited\'s first Artificial Intelligence Policy) as well as undertaking regular reviews of existing policies for updates so best practice is maintained- Produced the Predator Free 2050 Limited Style Guide - Involved in high-level fundraising ideas to help secure the future of Predator Free 2050- Attends weekly te reo and te ao Māori sessions to build capability and confidence- Wrote multiple blog posts sharing learnings from the viewpoint of a new staff member in the predator free conservation space
