Preparation, planning, and supervision over the implementation of 2 IT projects, and managing digital-orientated change activity: advanced database online referral & booking platform Performing the duties of Analyst, Product Owner, Business Owner Actively managing issues, risks, changes, and dependencies that impact the delivery of projects Ensuring a project is delivered on time, in quality, and within budget (projects up to €1 million) Status tracking and reporting (externally and internally) Running projects in Waterfall or Agile methodologies Producing initial definition documents and business cases Close cooperation with IT senior management, and stakeholders on SteerCo meetings, setting appropriate expectations for project delivery Managing third-party delivery teams (4 vendors) to achieve delivery on time and within budget Managing and motivating a 6-person project team to take ownership by every member (data engineers, analysts, developers - India/UK/Netherlands) Coordination of the IT change management process incl. support with the establishment and roll-out of templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature the function of Bottom-up and top-down resource forecasting for projects and plans Working with FP & A to produce business cases, set project budgets, and maintain accurate forecasts
