Education:Northern Illinois University in 2003 with a Masters in AccountancyNorthern Illinois University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in AccountingTriton College - General Studies degree in professional experience:Sr Mgr - Finance Business Partner at Orica USA. I oversee the finance & accounting at the three manufacturing plants in the North America Region. My team consists of three finance business partners & an analysts. My team manages the finance including any accounting, the month end close, forecasting and annual operating plan for their respective production sites. Additionally the role is the business partner for the regional finance managers, operations and supply chain to understand how manufacturing is impacting the P&L and balance sheet.Prior experiences:Treehouse Foods (Apr 2016 - Jan 2020)Division Controller. I oversaw the finance & accounting at the seven Beverages plants. The team consisted of seven plant controllers, one finance manager and their teams (22 individuals in total). The team managed plant accounting and finance (monthly close, forecasting and annual operating plan). Additionally I was involved in special projects working closely to drive the results expected. The position was dotted line into the finance function, assisting them to understand plant impacts to the P&L (COGS and related variances).Finance Senior Manager, part of the Beverages Division, managing Single Serve (K-cups) and the division consolidations lead. Additional responsibilities were annual operating plan (budget), forecast, pricing, SG & A reporting, divisional monthly reporting and ad hoc requests.PepsiCo Chicago (Apr 2007 - Mar 2016)Sales Finance West Region Manager overseeing five regional customers. The region had over $200MM in net revenue across Gatorade, Quaker Foods and Snacks, Tropicana and Naked Juice. I led a team of three analysts that collaborated and partner with Sales, BU Finance and BU Sales Strategy on driving growth for our PepsiCo portfolio.Finance Manager - FP & A, Sr. Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance, Financial Control & Accounting.
