I work with middle-market businesses and nonprofit organizations that need more than a standard banking playbook.With over 20 years in the Nashville banking market, I help clients think through complex situations with creativity, discipline, and speed - developing solutions that align with how the business actually operates and providing direct access to local decision-makers who are empowered to act on pricing, structure, and terms without unnecessary layers or delay.I work at Nashville\'s only bank of its size that is actually headquartered in Nashville, where leadership and decision-making authority are local from the top of the organization down.I also serve as Chairman of the Board for Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc, where stewardship, governance, and long-range thinking are daily responsibilities. That perspective shapes how I approach leadership, risk, and partnership in my professional work.Based in Nashville, I focus on relationships built over time.
