Partner with sales team for new customers, large or complex deals and troubled accounts across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific- Work with the Customer during the sales cycle to understand the issues/needs/goals o Understand the requirement for data related to critical business applications o Understand and support the construction of the total solution e2e which could be Storage, Cyber Resiliency, backup & recovery, replication, orchestration including site delivery requirements and Storage o Work to support Cloud Resiliency understanding we are still crafting site specific solutions (legacy) o Knowledge and understanding of the tools and how they need to be integrated into the solution including network, systems management, capacity and performance management to meet SLA targets- Architect the Storage and Resiliency solutions based on customer’s needs- Help customer to select Resiliency product to suits their business requirements- Propose a ‘fit for purpose’ solution to the customer to meet business requirements.
