Interacting with the business users in identifying Customer Pain points, product and process improvements, gathering new requirements and converting them into Functional Requirement Specification documents and liaising with project teams to fill the understanding gaps if any on the agreed requirements and estimates- Acting as a bridge between the business and project teams- Review requirements and identify any gaps and provide effort estimates for the Fixes/enhancements in the Product- Participate in production checkout and perform sanity testing during implementation - Interaction with specific business unit business users and discuss the Open Items and the prioritization of same based on the Impact- Leading the workshops, hosting and presenting demos on the new product features. guiding and assisting business users on the value add that feature brings in- Planning and implementation of QA during release cycles in collaboration with SaaS Team and Business- Conducting defect triage meetings to ensure the quality of deliverables and solicit periodic client feedback for continuous improvement - Complete Ownership of Test Activities on the applications which are built of the Salesforce Platform which includes Model N GPM (Global Price Management), GTM (Global Tender Management), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and CPQ(Contract Price Quote)- Test Readiness with the activities like Users Creation and Configuring Permission Sets, Roles, Public Group Assignments, Approval Process, Security, Data visibility etc- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud- Preparation Test Plan, Traceability Matrix, Test Scenario Identification and Test Scripts for all the New Implementation Projects- Regression Test Suit Preparation and Execution for every seasonal Release that customer is upgrading to- Providing Demo to Business - Expert Level Knowledge and Experience in Model N Products PbN (Powered by N)
