I am a mission-driven business professional offering extensive corporate and volunteer experience. I specialize in the delivery of an organization\'s services to its clients, both internal and external. As a leader, I focus on inspiring, empowering, and serving clients, colleagues, and the community. My areas of expertise include operational effectiveness, client relations and retention, business development, project management, continuous process improvement, employee training, onboarding and recruiting. I have managed team development and cultural change engagements for a leadership and organizational consulting firm, as well as providing employee training, vendor management, and executive-level operations support. In my volunteer work, I serve primarily women and young people in the areas of education, mentorship, empowerment, and removing obstacles to success. I have a passion for ensuring everyone has a chance to feel safe and supported, to dream impossible dreams, and to be given the opportunity to make those dreams come true.I am known for building relationships, calmly and confidently bringing order to chaos, looking for obstacles and creating solutions, and maintaining grace under pressure. In short, I “get stuff done”! I believe that people united towards accomplishing a common mission, each utilizing their unique gifts and talents, are the most powerful catalysts of creativity, change, and innovation. I enjoy bringing diverse groups of people together to collaborate and provide quality and impactful services to clients. I have a thirst for learning and am always looking for opportunities to stretch my comfort zone, both personally and professionally.
