ABOUT NANCY ROHMAN
I’m a builder at heart - of businesses, teams, and lasting impact. As a CEO, entrepreneur, board director, and investor, I’ve spent over 30 years growing companies across SaaS, supply chain, hospitality, and coffee - always with a focus on smart strategy, high-performance teams, and long-term success.I co-founded JAM-N Logistics, a family-run 3PL business that\'s been serving Southern CA for over 30 years, and 3PL Central (now Extensiv), a SaaS warehouse management platform that\'s reshaped logistics technology and is still the gold standard for WMS today. Most recently, I dug into hospitality and led Goodboybob Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee brand in LA, helping grow the brand while staying true to its mission of quality, creativity and community. With a background in law, accounting, and investment banking, I bring a unique mix of financial expertise and entrepreneurial instinct to everything I do. I love solving complex challenges and am always noodling on the best path forward - whether it\'s scaling a business, raising capital from PE/VC, or mentoring the next generation of leaders.Outside of work, I\'m a mom to three beautiful kids, been married 35 years and am someone who finds joy in the outdoors and in people coming together - whether over a great meal, a thoughtful conversation, or, of course, an exceptional cup of coffee.
