Whether its developing impactful ESG and climate reports, or engaging stakeholders to implement material sustainability initiatives, my ability to translate technical sustainability knowledge into business application has enabled me to execute complex projects at scale. With over 9 years of experience as a decarbonization and net-zero analyst at renowned global private and public companies, including Tarkett, Novozymes and Siemens, I am dedicated to assisting organizations in bridging the divide between industry best practices and their current position in the journey towards decarbonization. Key achievements: Secured coveted top 1% of Nordic CDP reports, enhancing score from 85 to 99, earning Executive recognition for commitment to excellence Obtained organization\'s first third party assurance for the Sustainability Report, establishing a robust reporting framework and ensuring accuracy and transparency Directed GHG and waste accounting program, analyzing and summarizing data to high-standards, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for emissions reduction Spearheaded the transformation of Social Responsibility program to aid over individual users by leveraging cross-functional project management, stakeholder engagement, and high quality research to integrate industry best practices Analyzed and made recommendations on net zero strategies, decarbonization and carbon offset initiatives, and evaluated implications of latest regulation (SEC, CSRD) on reporting to companies. When I\'m not immersed in decarbonization strategies or the finer points of changing regulation, I enjoy exploring Washington\'s scenic trails or making art with my family. I believe that businesses bear a significant responsibility in catalyzing climate action, and I committed to being an active participant in driving this change.
