In these engagements, I review business processes, identify workflow bottlenecks, and deliver written action plans that clients can implement. I include a follow-up consultation to ensure knowledge transfer and practical adoption of solutions.My role involves designing and delivering AI literacy workshops, creating digital training materials and guides, and offering structured coaching to help people and businesses adopt technology confidently.
