With great interest for economics and organizational development I have had the pleasure to work within several functions and disciplines over the last 25 years. With more than 20 years of experience in the energy business and 20 years of experience as leader, CFO, CIO, COO and CCO, I have built extensive knowledge about financial management, strategic implementation and agile technology development in a business operating and commercial business in an ever-changing energy market.I am a skilled financial manager who turned executive leader of an energy business with high-technology products, process and organizational innovation. I combine strong leadership skills with deep financial, technical and business understanding to engage and communicate directly and powerful at all levels of an organization. Through dedicated leadership I focus on agile strategy execution and implementation in an organization. I involve myself directly or through coaching and inspiration of others.I will describe myself as a Strong strategic Leader with flair for execution. As a leader I see myself as a person that motivate and encourage people through involvement and openness. I am result oriented, and I believe that the best results come by effectively use of the competence of the organization.
