Tech Lead for various product, professional services, and Salesforce development teams. Oversaw technical direction, mentored junior colleagues, and removed roadblocks- Managed fledgling group engineers from an outsourcing partner. Led to a long-term relationship with numerous staff becoming an integral part of the Impartner team- Implemented an integration to Azure Blob storage. Over 2M blobs and 5 TB of data were uploaded and served to users- Wrote an integration to a 3rd party API that converted office documents to other formats. Over 1M successful conversions were issued, totaling 1 TB in size- Retrofit static content delivery on 100\'s of live sites from a single region IIS based solution to a global CDN powered by Verizon- Wrote a.NET Standard library to interface with the Salesforce CPQ API. This library was used by a larger team to build out a robust Salesforce CPQ integration- Implemented a search feature powered by Elasticsearch that indexed and searched over 200K documents- Refactored caching layer from a self-hosted ScaleOut Software solution to Azure Cache for Redis and StackExchange.Redis. Over 500M operations per day were serviced- Used GitLab CI/CD to review and deploy code, perform SQL migrations, and manage infrastructure- Maintained the \"Uberscript\" that set up new customers. It touched numerous IT systems and APIs and needed to run to completion every time without fail.
