Never in my wildest dreams did I think the chaos of my childhood would become the blueprint of my career.I grew up in the collapse of the Soviet Union—when factories shut down, banks failed, and the future disappeared overnight.That’s where my obsession with reinvention began.Not as a corporate slogan.As a survival strategy.I was determined to understand one thing:Why do some people and organizations rise through disruption—while others fall apart?So I climbed the ladder the “safe” way.
