My career success has been focused dedication to driving growth, with the philosophy of contributing to the elevation of those around me and the success of the organization. In my career Life, there have been three definitive segments, and now I can confidently add my final forth: My journey consist of corporate leadership in the computer and tech industry for a top sales team in the Midwest. Next came 14 years as a Marketing & Sales Director for a major international organization leading global sales. The third segment was a span of over 15 years in management within the live marketing agency arena where I had experienced some significant growth and challenges.I have and will always continue to learn.Now, in the most unexpected post COVID career move, I have proudly reinvented my career with Home Depot. An organization with a strong and proven Associate first culture committed to the inverted pyramid. During the height of COVID my son, who has been with the organization for over 15 years, urged me to go down to the local store knowing my affinity with DIY projects and tools. I started with an entry-level part-time gig to fill my time. This quickly converted into a career move mainly due to the Orange Culture of tapping into internal talent. After multiple promotions I have found my groove and pace.Regarding the Orange Culture of supporting Associates, I experienced this support first hand after going through an unexpected severe medical challenge.
