   Regional Operational Oversight: Direct daily operations for the North American portfolio, including the sq. ft. Belmont HQ; serve as the designated regional lead for budget approvals, personnel management (5 FTE/Contractors), and operational decision-making- Hybrid Strategy & Execution: Architected the North American Return to Office (RTO) strategy (April 1, 2022), transitioning the workforce to a mandated 3-day weekly hybrid model. Implemented Envoy for desk bookings and leveraged badge-swipe data to provide executive reporting on mandate compliance and space densification- Technical Systems Administration: Serve as Regional Administrator for Feenics (Access Control) and ExacqVision (VMS); oversee the security badging lifecycle for staff and contractors in strict compliance with SOC2 standards- Multi-Model Transportation: Launched a comprehensive commuter ecosystem within North America, integrating Commute with Enterprise (Vanpools) and corporate Uber/Lyft programs. Manage fleet logistics for specialized vehicle rentals (Vans, SUVs) for executive transport and internal events- ESG & Sustainability Leadership: Drive regional environmental goals by leading e-waste, recycling, and centralized waste programs; successfully reduced janitorial labor and plastic liner consumption by eliminating at-desk trash removal. Manage ChargePoint EV infrastructure, including software licensing and power load balancing- Workplace Amenities & Hospitality: Manage high-volume cafe services and executive catering; oversee Charlotte and Dallas satellite offices in partnership with WeWork Community Teams to ensure HQ-consistent brand standards.
