Effective and efficient leadership of a team of national critical environment sales consultants that support the most sensitive manufacturing environments on earth: Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Compounding, Medical Device, Semiconductor, Microelectronics and Aerospace industries. With the support of Executive Management Team, we continue to achieve outstanding results with employee selection and performance. In last 18 years the team has grown at doubled digit growth annually which is now over 35% of the company\'s total revenue. In 2004, I was tasked with the rebuilding of the Cleanroom Sales Force and to help in the re-engineering of the cleanroom team and its culture. Directly Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, our Cleanroom Division has become a significant amount of the company’s total revenue and the most transparent and customer focused service provider in the industry. Year after year we have raised the bar and continue to achieve double digit growth; the trend continues!The division has adapted to a very successful paradigm of passionate leadership, vision and energy. We have continued success through team synergy, drive, discipline and the hard work of each individual contributor on our team. I’m passionate about helping create productive teams to lead and support each member using methods that help them achieve more. I specialize in sales leadership, quality associate selection, consistent aggressive growth, and cleanroom manufacturing environments. Over two decades I have been consulting GMP cleanroom manufacturing companies in the conversion of disposable gowning to a more environmentally friendly, cost effective and compliant gowning system. My goals are to continue to help my team and the company overachieve each goal set and to be the best and most effective result driven leader in North America.
