ABOUT MICHAEL HONG

Michael is a Vice President of Development at the RPM Development Group. The RPM Development Group is based in Montclair, NJ and specializes in affordable housing development in the state of New Jersey. RPM developed, owns, and manages over housing units across the state, and continues to expand with an active development pipeline.Michael graduated in May 2015 from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of City and Regional Planning. During Michael\'s tenure in the Penn Planning program, he was a Development Intern at Pennrose Properties, LLC, where he began his new career in Real Estate Development. Prior to enrolling at the University of Pennsylvania, Michael Hong graduated from Penn State University in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising-Public Relations. After completing 3 co-op tours at the NASA Johnson Space Center, he joined IBM in July 2010 to become a public sector SAP Consultant for the Enterprise Application service area within IBM Global Business Services. Upon joining IBM, his first project was with the Department of Interior, supporting the implementation of the Financial and Business Management System (FBMS). Michael\'s final project at IBM was on the HQAES project with the Army, where he supported system testing and training development.
