The Regional Vice President of Client Services has a keen focus on partnership development and oversight of business operations. Key responsibilities: Client Updates: Provide timely client updates in relation to the progress of customer service projects and campaigns. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, effective business partnerships/channels of communication with clients to ensure a consistent, high level of client service. This includes a timely understanding of current client needs and expectations. Project Coordination: Coordinate internal projects, for the purpose of optimizing resource utilization and increasing customer satisfaction. Contract Negotiation / Business Development: Negotiate all aspects of initial and renewal of contracts via presentation and measurable metrics. Annual contract maintenance is achieved through close partnership. Annual assessments along with recommendations demonstrate the, “value add” included with additional services. Staff Oversight: Responsible for ensuring the portfolio management team delivers effective coaching and performance management to over 500 field staff. This includes Field Site Managers, Patrol Supervisors and Site Supervisors. Management of Department/Account Budgets: Ensure the portfolio management team is effectively managing employee wages and account budgets through weekly job cost analysis and effective resource deployment. With oversight of profit and loss as it relates to the team book of business, I approach maintenance of receivables with a focus on partnership with all stakeholders. Human Resources Support: Fortify the portfolio management team with effective support to the Human Resources department. This is accomplished by ensuring that the portfolio management team, Field Site Managers along with Supervisors, effectively manage their staff in accordance with policies, procedures, and performance management metrics established by RBG.
