Co-led a major organizational turnaround for the faculty\'s student executive body. Stepping in during a leadership crisis following the discharge of the previous administration, my primary mission was to rebuild trust, restore operational effectiveness, and transform the organization\'s culture under the vision of \"Building BEM Like a Startup.\" This involved implementing professional strategic frameworks to diagnose root causes and architect a new, data-driven path forward for a 200+ member team.Key initiatives and achievements include:• Organizational Scaling & Restructuring: Spearheaded a restructuring and recruitment drive that successfully scaled the team to 200+ members, a 200% year-over-year increase, reversing a period of institutional decline. • Strategic Framework Implementation: Initiated and implemented a new strategic planning process using a toolkit of professional frameworks, including SCQA for problem structuring, McKinsey’s 7s for organizational diagnosis, and OKRs for performance management across work programs. • Digital Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement: Designed and launched a strategic communication campaign to transparently communicate our new vision, organically reaching over accounts. The campaign\'s success was validated by unsolicited re-posts from Key Opinion Leaders at other universities and drove over user interactions. • Data-Driven Culture: Championed a culture of data-driven decision-making, supported by a comprehensive benchmarking study of 5+ organizations and the implementation of a new centralized data management system.
