Premium Diagnostics Centre, Premium Health Complex and Premium International hospital are delivering quality health care services and advanced diagnostics facilities across Pakistan through its countrywide network of medical and diagnostics centres with its head office in G8 Markaz Islamabad. I was managing a team of 400 people including consultants, physicians, Surgeon, radiologist, technologist and supporting staff. I am responsible for strategic policy, technological advancement, research, capacity building and executive administration, management and stake holders engagements. Over a spam of three years I have lead this organisation from a single centre with 30 staff to over 300 staff and countrywide network of 50 branches. I have introduced special clinics, dialysis centre and developed ICUs, PICU, NICU and emergency department.
