Served as Co-Founder and R&D Lead, driving the team to become National Entrepreneurship Challenge (NEC) Finalists at IIT Bombay, selected from teams nationwide.Founded the team from the ground up, defining the problem statement, research roadmap, and innovation strategy, while leading end-to-end solution development across multiple competitive rounds.Lead market research, user discovery, and feasibility analysis to validate ideas, identify gaps, and design scalable, impact-driven solutions aligned with real-world business challenges.I also conducted market research and basic user analysis to understand requirements and test the feasibility of ideas. Based on feedback and observations, I participated in prototyping and iterative improvements, which strengthened my analytical thinking and decision-making abilities. Working closely with the team in a time-bound environment taught me how to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and stay focused under pressure.Overall, this journey significantly improved my confidence in handling ambiguous problems and performing effectively in low-deadline situations. It provided me with valuable exposure to working in fast-paced, competitive settings where teamwork, clarity of thought, and timely execution were essential
