My interests include topics in machine learning, optimization, recommender systems, micro- econometrics, game theory, causal inference, algorithmic pricing, and experimental design. I use methods and models from theoretical computer science, economics, statistics, and related disciplines to examine problems in the tech areas. I have a strong focus on statistical techniques and often participate in empirical and experimental projects, such as ML-based econometrics, causal inference, and experiments on strategic and economic interactions in complex networks. I am particularly interested in merging causal inference methods in observational studies, predictive machine learning algorithms, and in A/B testing on online platforms.
