About Monique van Schaïk

Founder of Atelier Bloem, a Los Angeles–based floral design studio creating handcrafted everlasting floral arrangements designed to live within a space, not disappear from it. Flowers, interiors, and design have always been a personal passion. Atelier Bloem grew from that creative curiosity, combined with a belief that beauty in a space should last longer than a week. Before starting Atelier Bloem, I spent years in executive finance and strategy roles, helping startups scale, building financial systems from the ground up, and partnering with leadership teams to turn strategy into execution. Alongside building Atelier Bloem, I remain deeply interested in how technology and AI are changing the way we work.
