The work I do has at its heart a real desire to help people do what they do better, whether at middle management or executive level. Much of this is about designing and implementing eco-systems where people have clear purpose, clear accountability, and the tools with which to do their best work. I have worked on operating model designs for finance, risk, compliance, marketing, communications, public affairs, and sustainable business entities. Whilst the knowledge domains of these differ, the alchemy of blending people, process, and technology to create environments where people can do their best work is the same.
