As a passionate devotee to water transportation, as well its criticality in emergency response, I am humbled and honored to be appointed Vice Chair by Governor Gavin Newsom. The women and men of San Francisco Bay Ferry ensure safe, reliable and seamless transit within the Bay for the business and recreational passengers we serve. We are committed to environmental stewardship working to bring the first electric- and hydrogen-powered vessels into regular SF Bay service. Member of the Board Subcommittee supporting creation of Bay Ferry 2050, a visionary initiative aimed at transforming San Francisco Bay ferry service into an eco-friendly and forward-thinking transportation system.
