Hi, my name is Molly Leach, currently experienced in both Construction and Engineering Project Management. I am an enthusiastic, self-driven individual and I am eager to make a difference in the world. My career interests include the Energy industry, Mechanics, Structural and environmental engineering along with Project Controls. I am very open minded but very calculated as well, I have a love for learning and like to take on new challenges. I truly believe you learn something new everyday and it is important to grasp the moment, but keeping in mind the long term result, for “every action has a reaction”~ Einstein. I have a genuine work ethic, with experience in several corporations, and I\'ve held many hats which allowed me to be well rounded. I take pride and ownership in any project I am involved in. I am the third of seven children, I have been extremely blessed throughout my life and I am thankful for the experience and challenges that have made me who I am today. My goal is simple, to leave something better than how it I found it.
