Currently serving as a Assistant Manager at(Jeevan Shiksha Prakalp) within NITI Aayog and Magic Bus Foundation, where I work closely with District and Block-level officials to drive co-impact between government systems and the organization. As part of the collaborative life skills education initiative by NITI Aayog and Magic Bus, I am supporting implementation and systemic engagement in Udham Singh Nagar and Uttarkashi districts.I have been a dedicated and innovative professional with a strong drive to make an impact through my work. Currently, I have served as a Project Associate at Studeasy Foundation, where I also hold the position of Zonal Manager, overseeing a team of 50 participants from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as part of the Yara Leadership Academy program. In this role, I manage a structured MBA-style program, covering areas such as leadership, budgeting, marketing, growth mindset, finance, and entrepreneurship. The program is delivered through advanced technology and is implemented by impact champions, like myself, to drive meaningful change.During the 20••••24 Gandhi Fellowship, I contributed as a result-oriented fellow in the Education, Health, and Panchayati Raj domains:**Education:**- In Jamui, I led sustainable, creative initiatives that enhanced foundational literacy, impacting over 1,700 government teachers through the Read Along Campaign- I developed and conducted workshops at the Block Resource Center (BRC) and District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), focusing on improving literacy and school processes- I successfully transformed libraries and supported school headmasters by facilitating behavior modification to enhance learning environments.**Local Governance (GPPFT):**- I played an active role in strengthening local governance by supporting the Gram Panchayat Planning and Facilitation Committee, enabling more effective community planning.**Health and Nutrition:**- I mobilized community efforts to reduce infant and maternal mortality rates through targeted health interventions, including Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Days, as well as Annprashan and Godbharai events.Throughout my Gandhi Fellowship, I earned certifications in Project Management, Critical Thinking, and Stakeholder Management through the Learning Management System (LMS) portal.In 2020, I completed internships at the Nirmaan Rehabilitation Center and Mamta Organisation, where I gained hands-on experience in the social sector and further honed my project management and community engagement skills.
