About Megan Harlow
I have over 8 years working in various engineering roles, with my latest 5 years dedicated to quality. Currently, I work as the Manager of Quality & EHS at AAI, where I lead a small team to tackle our greatest supplier, internal and customer issues. I also manage our Configuration Management, Change Management, and EHS strategies and initiatives. I feel great pride in the professional and personal development I am able to bring out in my team members as we navigate not only complex topics, but our complex lives and careers together. Previously, I have worked with automotive and aerospace suppliers in Manufacturing and Quality engineering roles with a focus on cross functional collaboration and communication. I center my efforts in connecting resources and improving the quality of the processes and products I work with coupled with a strong internal drive. I thrive when working on multiple projects with a wide range of stakeholders simultaneously and have a strong core skillset in organization. I\'m dedicated to seeing problems from short term corrective actions and containment efforts through to their long-term root cause solutions. I am part of the Spartan family, having completed the Broad Executive MBA program.
