ABOUT MOHAMED MAMOUN

An accomplished and esteemed leader recognized for his industry knowledge and customer-centric approach, Mohamed brings over 25 years of extensive experience developing and constructing residential and commercial properties, retail establishments, libraries, buildings, and public works, involving an aggregated value of over $500 millions.As the Chairman and CEO of Optima RPM, Mohamed sets the vision and leads all the divisions of the company from operations to construction, to business development. He also currently serves as the CEO of Optima Real estate Development and other companies under the umbrella of Mamoun Group of Companies. Mohamed attended Cornell University, studied business management with a focus on Real Estate Investment and Asset Management. Backed by his education and wealth of experience in the public works construction sector, he founded Optima RPM in 2004, a construction company located in the US specializing in building retail stores, restaurants, residential and commercial properties, and public buildings. Having strategically grown the company, it expanded its operations throughout the US with a NASCLA license. Today, Optima RPM has successfully completed over commercial and residential construction projects in both private and public sectors. In the heart of Orange County, Mohamed founded Optima Real Estate Development as a subsidiary of the Optima RPM family. He leads a multidisciplinary team with diverse backgrounds whose passion lies in their ingenuity and precision by which they execute their work. Continuously driving innovation and value of its clients, he led the development of the Optima Home App, a tool that helps clients visualize their dream home. Leveraging the latest Smart Home System technologies, the Optima Home App aids the team in constructing their dream home to a reality. Over the years, Mohamed has built long-standing relationships with different stakeholders across various sectors. With an extensive business network and demonstrated skill set in strategic partnerships and negotiation, he has held key management positions throughout his career.
