We exist to ensure every Kiwi has access to a doctor, and that every doctor has access to a better way of working. At Good Together, I lead with heart, strategy, and a strong sense of purpose. Our agency specialises in recruiting general practitioners and other medical professionals for both locum and permanent roles across Aotearoa. What sets us apart is our values-first approach. We’re not transactional. We’re deeply human, fiercely ethical, and committed to long-term impact.🧭 What I do- Build meaningful relationships with doctors and clinics nationwide- Guide international doctors through the full relocation journey- Advocate for doctor wellbeing and better workforce solutions- Lead a passionate team of people who believe in doing things differently- Keep our vision focused on connection, collaboration, and communityWhether it’s matching a rural practice with a committed GP, helping a burnt-out doctor rediscover their joy in locum work, or advocating for recruitment reform - I’m here for the bigger picture.Because medical recruitment done right is a game changer for our health system.
