Served as the lead coordinator of four workshops in the 2018 National Forum; co-led the development of one workshop.My successes include helping to increase paperless enrollment and attaining savings in processing time and postage by leading the implementation of the Onboarding Technology Change Management Plan and co-developing and conducting workshops with the agents on strategic plays on growing the business during the 2017 Leaders Forum.
