Extensive experience in management, negotiation & sales, build design, pre-construction, detailed take-off & project management. As a consultant I have worked with glass shop customers helping with estimating, project management, preparing their business for sale & transition, turn around we well as exit strategies. with building owners as well as contractors & litigators as an \"expert witness\" on construction defect projects. As a Manufacturer Rep I have worked in the aluminum storefront/curtain wall/window wall/door & window business working with glass shop customers as well as architects & contractors, also building owners & developers in pre-construction design & details, project management through completion.
