2002- Current:Global Logistics Manager for Claims and Logistics Security for post merger HP. Integrated 4 regional claims processes to recover transportation claims including defining WW Claims System requirements, and integrating contingent labor model to support administrative tasks. Implemented the first Hp logistics functions with GBS teams in Mexico to reduce headcount and cost in low cost geo. Implemented numerous transportation security programs with HP LSP’s to insure that our Hp shipments are protected in transit and follow Hp minimum security requirements. Focused on North America process that has consistently returned $6-8M is claims recoveries per year as well as creating a closed loop process for the NA channel business models. Total Claims dollars recovered during my time in this role is $81.3M. Expanded role in 2006 to manage claims and logistics security for the complete Americas region supporting all vertical BU segments (IPG, PSG, TSG, Services, REWS, etc.) and internal business control processes. In 2009 added APJ regional transportation claims into this business model and process.

Working with our HP EMEA and APJ teams to standardize logistics security programs with all HP LSP partners to insure proactive solutions that limit HP Theft in tranist loss and utilizes the latest industry technology to provide GPS active monitoring of all HP high value shipments with strong emergency response programs that leads to HP product recovery in the event of theft/loss. Other security tolls in specific regions may include escorts or armed escorts based on risk, but focus remains on insurng HP has full visibility into Theft loss incidents in a timely manner.
