As the Chief of Staff at the Office of Export Enforcement (OEE), I lead and coordinate the strategic and operational activities of the agency, which is responsible for enforcing U.S. export control laws and regulations. With over 14 years of work experience in legal and military fields, I bring analytical and business skills, as well as a strong sense of mission and values, to my role. I am also a PhD candidate in Executive Leadership at the University of Charleston, where I am researching the best practices and challenges of leading complex and diverse organizations. Previously, I served as a Senior Legal Administrator for the 117th Legal Operations Detachment and the U.S. Forces Afghanistan / NATO, where I supported the legal operations and administration of various military units and missions. I have a Master\'s degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University, and I am passionate about advancing the rule of law, security, and justice in the global arena.
