ABOUT MINI JAIN

A consistently high performing IT professional with over 14 years of work experience across technologies and domains. With my passion for providing inspirational leadership to the natural working team, I have effectively contributed to customer success by driving product development, process optimization and have implemented complex technology and content enhancements. My areas of expertise include IT/Business Consulting, Business Strategy & Analysis, Pre-Sales, Consultative SME (D&I and Accessibility).My most recent project work at Shell involved building microservices, Mulesoft APIs, PowerBI dashboards and deploying Informatica’s master data management components. I bring tremendous hands-on experience in working with customers’ technical, business and management teams to understand and refine their requirements and to deliver integrated solutions. My work displays efficiency in analysing business requirements and preparing functional and technical specifications for new projects as well as release based incremental project enhancements.Over the span of my career, I have worked on projects following waterfall, agile and DevOps project delivery methodologies and used backlog management tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA. I have a consistent track record of keeping customer value at the forefront and supporting them to build an efficient and low maintenance solution. I invest time in understanding the technical solution design and have often helped the technical teams in identifying work arounds, interdependencies and UI recommendations.Apart from my day job, I chaired Shell India’s enABLE network, an employee driven volunteering network, to create awareness about diversity, equity and inclusion of persons with disability in the workplace. I established the network function in Bangalore and created a team of dedicated volunteers who work relentlessly to create awareness about accessibility.
