ABOUT MILJAN MAKSIMOVIC

Since 2016, I have been actively flying multirotor UAVs, gaining extensive experience in advanced electronic systems, maintenance, and aerial operations. I have completed over 300 independent flights with platforms such as the DJI Mavic 2, Phantom 3, and Phantom 4. In 2021, I was trained and certified to operate fixed-wing and VTOL UAVs in STS-01 and STS-02 categories. I\'m also highly skilled in working with DJI Pilot and Pix4D software. In October 2023, I joined HHLA Sky as a Drone Pilot and Service Technician. After a year of demonstrated performance and dedication, I was promoted to Chief Drone Pilot. Since April 2025, I have taken on the role of Team Lead for Drone Operations and Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS). In early July 2025, I became the Project Lead for VTOL Aircraft Development. I have mastered the HHLA Sky Operational Center and actively fly all UAV systems in the company’s fleet, contributing to complex missions and high-standard drone operations across diverse environments. In addition to my technical expertise, I hold valid B, C, and E driving licenses. I’ve developed strong organizational and leadership skills, having worked both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure situations. I\'m confident in my ability to motivate team members, resolve conflicts, share knowledge, and drive collective success. With a proactive mindset and hands-on experience, I continuously strive to contribute value, deliver results, and support innovation in UAV technology and operations.
