ABOUT MICHAEL CHARTERS

University of Oregon graduate with a BS in Sports Business as well as a BA in Spanish. Currently a Training Camp Video Operations Intern with Denver Broncos, looking to make a career in sports at the professional and/or collegiate level. I spent 2 years with the Oregon Ducks Baseball team as a bullpen catching assisting with all the needs of D1 pitchers, as well as 4 years with the Oregon Ducks Football program within the coaches video department, working home and away games, importing and exporting game and practice film to coaches and players, ensuring the same quality of work on road trips, filming NFL private workouts and Pro-Days, and more.I have a passion for both baseball and football and would love to find a path in coaching, specifically with catchers, at an advanced level. My passion for football began within the coaches video realm, but I am interested in operations and management roles as well, as I feel they match my personality and strengths well.I am a highly motivated individual who strives to be the best in any position, while always wanting to learn more and grow within my role. Being a strong team-player is one of my greatest qualities as I admire falling into leadership roles and I always keep communication at the top of my priorities. I will always ask questions to assure the quality of my work is more than proficient, and will dedicate myself to my work.
