Closing the deal is the easy part. It’s getting to the negotiation table that’s the real challenge. As a territory and channel sales manager with almost 20 years of experience, I’ve spent the better part of my career building meaningful relationships and partnerships that not only get me there, but that solidify me as a trusted partner and advisor. Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new customers and channel partners requires initiative, engagement, and determination.
