About Mike Mongiello

I joined Advisent as an intern, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside a firm that’s deeply committed to serving mortgage banks with industry-specific expertise. Today, I’m proud to serve as an Accounting Services Manager, leading teams that deliver outsourced accounting solutions tailored to the needs of mortgage companies. Along the way, I earned my CPA license and developed a deep understanding of the financial and operational challenges of the industry. That hands-on experience in client service has shaped how I approach my dual role, which now also includes business development. Because I’ve worked directly with mortgage banking clients on improving their accounting functions, I bring a level of insight to the sales conversation that goes beyond just pitching services. I understand the \"why\" behind what we do, and I use that perspective to help clients identify solutions that have an impact. Whether I’m leading a month-end close or helping a prospective client design a new accounting strategy, my focus is always the same: providing clarity, consistency, and value in a highly regulated and fast-moving industry.
