ABOUT MIKE BENGTSON
As an extremely versatile technologist, I am as comfortable leading enterprise wide collaborations as conducting detailed system architecture and software design sessions. As such, my career has taken me from software development to product management and sales, and then back to my first passion, software engineering.I currently have the privilege of managing an engineering team that develops and manages an enterprise scale platform based on Java 8 containerized micro-services, backed by PostgreSQL and deployed on AWS. As a team, we constantly push ourselves to deliver on the promises of flexible, high-velocity software development coupled with low-friction deployment and operations.I am also passionate about leveraging state of the art development and deployment practices within industries that have not yet fully realized their benefits and serve on the board of a start-up within one such industry.
