Owner and managing director of Metrorod Mid Lancs.I oversee all aspects of the business from Operations, Technical, HR & Business Development. I work closely with my teams to deliver a top class service to all our customers whilst driving a maximum profit. I do this through team training and development, always looking for new opportunities with the best equipment and materials on the market.I work closely with the accounts team reviewing sales and top line P&L. I continually look for new business opportunities with the aim of increasing our customer base whilst reviewing the service we receive from our suppliers. My main objective as the director of Metrorod is offering the best service within our sector and increasing market share in the North West.
