As Deputy Director manages SPA\'s support to Sea Land Air (SLA) Division\'s diverse national security clients with complex mission areas that include Undersea, Surface, Air, Expeditionary, Naval Special Warfare. SLA Division provides support to all branches of the US Department of Defense as well as international clients in Australia and Canada. The division provides timely, objective, and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic, and acquisition aspects of our clients’ challenges and delivers models, analyses, insights, systems engineering, strategies, plans, and policies that address current and emerging issues in national security.•Lead Division-wide P&L, ensuring strategic financial and operational performance across 7 business units and 1300+ staff in 11 global offices.•Direct and execute a business development pipeline, aligning growth strategies with SPA’s national security mission and client demand.•Managed integration of two acquired firms into SLA Division, aligning operations, culture, and client delivery models.•Provide executive mentorship to Group Leaders on capture strategy, client engagement, and program execution.
